Information, inventory and availability

We work to keep site information accurate, but store hours, inventory, services, pricing and item demand can change without notice. Online photos, social posts and marketplace listings do not guarantee that an item remains available at a particular store.

Appraisals, offers and selling

All appraisals and purchase offers are made in person. Website content and category guides are not an appraisal, offer or guarantee that a store will accept an item. Condition, authenticity, completeness, demand, current inventory and local policies may affect a decision.

You are responsible for having the legal right to sell an item and for removing personal data from devices before bringing them in. Identification or other documentation may be required.

Consignment

Consignment is available only for selected items and requires store approval. Any 70/30 presentation on the site is an illustrative example—not a standing offer or guaranteed split.

Eligibility, pricing, promotion, seller share, payment timing, item care, withdrawal and unsold-item terms must be confirmed in a written agreement with the selected store. That signed agreement controls if it differs from website content.

30 Day Exchange Policy

Buy & Sell Kings offers a 30-day warranty against defects in the products we sell. Exchange for another item or store credit is provided upon presentation of a valid sales receipt.

Ask the selling store about the application of this policy to a specific item before purchase.

External websites and listings

The site links to maps, reviews, social networks and third-party marketplaces. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and transaction rules. A link does not make Buy & Sell Kings responsible for external content or services.

Site content and acceptable use

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s branding, copy, layout, illustrations and other original content belong to Buy & Sell Kings or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a harmful manner or reuse protected content commercially without permission.
