ACCESS FOR EVERYONE

A better experience for every customer.

How we support accessible website use, store visits, alternate formats and feedback.

Last updated August 5, 2026

Our commitment

Buy & Sell Kings wants its website and in-store services to be welcoming and usable for people with disabilities. We aim to improve access over time and to provide information or service in an alternate way when a barrier is identified.

Website accessibility

We aim to follow recognized accessibility practices, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practical. The site is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images, readable contrast, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support.

You can zoom the page, resize text using browser controls and navigate primary content with a keyboard. A skip link is available at the beginning of every page.

Known limitations

Some embedded maps, social media posts, videos, review content or marketplace pages are controlled by third parties and may not offer the same level of accessibility as this website. Older store photographs may also have limited descriptive detail.

If external content creates a barrier, contact a store and we will try to provide the essential information another way.

Accessing a store

Physical features and available accommodations can vary by location. If you need step-free access information, help communicating, extra time or another accommodation, call the store before visiting so the team can discuss what is available.

Service animals and support persons are welcomed in accordance with applicable requirements.

Accessible formats and communication

You may request website or store information in an alternate accessible format or ask for communication support. We will work with you to identify a suitable format and provide it as soon as reasonably possible, subject to the nature of the information and available resources.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, tell the nearest store what page, feature or location was involved and what would help. Phone, email and social contact options are listed on each location page.

Accessibility feedback is reviewed to help prioritize improvements. We welcome feedback about both the website and the in-store experience.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review new content and major site changes with inclusive use in mind and update this statement when meaningful changes are made.
